Our Associates
Besides its relationships with its clients and trading partners, JETCO's most valuable assets are its associates. These individuals average over 23 years of experience in the natural gas industry. Some have spent part of their careers in some capacity with The Montana Power Company's (MPC's) gas utility and/or The Montana Power Company's unregulated gas production and marketing businesses.
Megan Francisco
Megan graduated from Montana Tech in 2003 with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Metallurgical Engineering and Engineering Science with an emphasis in Welding Engineering. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce. Megan has been providing services for Jetco since 2016 and her current responsibilities include gas control, wellhead valuation, reporting and regulatory support. Prior to joining the Jetco team, Megan was a Materials Engineer and International Product Manager in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Kristen Manson
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with an emphasis in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech. She has worked in Natural Gas Trading, Marketing, Producer and End-User Services since 1992. Her responsibilities consist of: contract administration, wellhead valuation, system operation/load control monitoring, gathering system management, portfolio development and procurement, transportation and storage contract management, and financial book reporting. Kristen has 10 additional years of experience in Natural Gas Utility Operations with The Montana Power Company and NorthWestern Energy including: project development, economic analysis, rate case preparation, hydraulic modeling, load forecasting, pipeline construction, and project management. Kristen has been providing services for Jetco since 2002 and her current responsibilities include management of JES.

HILARY Moore
Hilary graduated from Montana Tech in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. Following graduation she worked for Noble Energy (later acquired by Chevron) in various engineering positions in Colorado’s Denver-Julesburg basin. She has hands-on experience in production operations, frac/workover supervision, joint ventures, and portfolio analysis. Hilary joined the Jetco team in 2021. Her current duties include wellhead valuation, systems implementation, process optimization, programming, and data management.

Mike Ramseier
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1983 and has experience with three major oil companies focused primarily on production/reservoir engineering in North Dakota and Wyoming. His expertise includes production and reservoir engineering, acquisition analysis, and SEC reserve estimations. He has been providing services for Jetco since 2018 and his current duties include programming, report design, process optimization and data management.

Theresa Taylor
Theresa has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2013. Prior to joining the Jetco team in 2019, Theresa was the Revenue Accounting Manager at a consulting firm, providing a variety of revenue accounting services for small to mid-size E&P companies. She also worked on acquisition onboarding, transition services, and settlement statement preparation for oil and gas companies. For Jetco, Theresa’s duties include wellhead valuation, reporting, regulatory support, and accounting. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Mathematics from Bethany College, and a Master of Science in Management with a focus in Accounting from Colorado State University System.

Sean Wisner
Sean has been providing accounting, trading, and gas scheduling services for Jetco since 2011. Between 2012 and 2017, he also worked part-time in the Land department of a Denver-based E&P company, working in leasing, acquisitions and divestitures, well permitting, title research, and division order management. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of Montana and Master’s degrees in Global Energy Management and Accounting from the University of Colorado in Denver. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2017.

Terry Wisner
Terry has worked in the energy industry since 1975. He was an independent petroleum landman for eight years and owned a lease brokerage business. His 17 years with The Montana Power Company included management positions in Petroleum Land Management, Gas Transportation, Producer Services, and Gas and Power Marketing. Terry left MPC in 2000 to form Jetco.
